1 lb. Ground Chuck
1 lb. mild Italian Sausage
1/2 Spanish onion (chopped)
1 T. garlic (chopped
1/2 T. Italian seasoning
1 dozen basil leaves
1 quart tomato and basil spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

1 lb. whole wheat angel hair noodles
1 lb. shredded mozzarella
1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
Fresh basil (for garnish)
1. Put beef and sausage into a big 'ol skillet and brown with garlic and onions
1 lb. shredded mozzarella
1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella

1. Put beef and sausage into a big 'ol skillet and brown with garlic and onions
2. Add tomato sauce and spices and heat through
3. Cook spaghetti per package instructions and strain.
5. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish
6. Layer sauce, spaghetti, and cheese
