Bacon and Cheddar Jalapeno Dip


When you're ready for an easy spicy dip that you can mix up within minutes that will impress your friends, save this recipe!

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar
1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapenos
2 T. minced shallots
1 T. minced fresh garlic
salt and black pepper to taste

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with a hand mixer until smooth.

Stir in bacon, Cheddar, jalapenos, shallots, and garlic; season with salt and pepper.

I like to serve this dip with Garden Salsa flavored Sun Chips.

  1. sounds good.....but dieting again cuz the blood work stunk so don't know when I'll be eating bacon again
