This flavorful chicken is ready in 30 minutes. How's that for a weeknight dinner? There are no set amounts here. You can cook 1 chicken breast or 12. For this meal, we used 5 breasts so there were 10 pieces of chicken.
You'll need boneless skinless chicken breasts. More than likely they are going to be large, so cut them in half lengthwise.
Place the chicken in a bowl and pour Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Mustard Sauce over the chicken and toss to completely coat. Let the chicken marinate while the oven preheats to 375 degrees F. If you have longer, let the chicken remain in the sauce up to 30 minutes.
Place the chicken on a large rimmed baking sheet. Brush some of the marinade over the chicken. Discard remaining marinade. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
If desired, at the end of baking time, you can add additional sauce on top and place under the broiler for a few minutes to brown.
You can also serve additional sauce on the side for the kids (or not so little kids!) to dip the chicken.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
