I have exciting news! I am partnering with Zatarain's for some great Mardi Gras recipes. Zatarain's has a new line of Smoked Sausage and Andouille Sausage. I've been in the kitchen experimenting with both and I'll tell you now, they are delicious! Zatarain's is a name you can trust to "Jazz It Up." Both of those look delicious. I've never paired sausage and pasta. We usually use rice. Will have to try it. The biscuits look great.
