The recipe for these super easy dinner rolls came across many of our social media feeds this past week. Duke's mayonnaise provides a simple 4-ingredient recipe that makes a great dinner roll that you can add grated sharp cheddar cheese to as well!
1 cup self-rising flour
2 T. Duke's mayonnaise
1 T. sugar
1/2 cup milk
(grated sharp cheddar cheese optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a medium-size bowl mix flour, sugar, and, mayonnaise. When the texture is crumbly, add milk, until moist (then fold in cheese if using).
Use two spoons to make about 2 inch rolls, place into a round 9" cake pan.
Bake until brown on top, about 20 minutes.
These were literally inhaled by the two grandsons at our Easter meal today!
