Sheet Pan Supper: Hamburger Steak, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, and Asparagus

Sheet pan suppers are my favorite for busy nights.  Everything cooks at the same time on the same pan!  Clean up is a breeze and the combinations are endless.

Instead of pan frying hamburger steaks, these cook directly on a sheet pan along with the vegetables.  Everything is ready at the same time!

For this meal, I chose onions, bell peppers, baby bella mushrooms, and asparagus spears.  Choose which vegetables your family enjoys.

2 lbs. ground chuck, divided into 4 large patties
Kinder's "The Blend" seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic)
1 large yellow onion, halved and then thinly sliced
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
10-12 baby Portabella mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
16 asparagus spears
olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Lightly spray two rimmed baking sheets with non-stick spray.  Place hamburger steaks on the baking sheet and liberally season with The Blend.

Place mushrooms and asparagus spears on the same baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and season with The Blend.

On the second baking sheet, place onions and peppers in a single layer, drizzle with olive oil and season with The Blend.

Place in oven and bake 20 - 25 minutes until the internal temperature of the hamburger steaks reach 160 degrees F.

Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious quick and easy supper!
