I used Shallot and Chive Boursin cheese, but a spreadable goat cheese would be perfect as well. If you'd like to use raspberries or diced peaches, go for it! I'm sure those fruits would be tasty.
I sliced one baguette into 1/2 inch slices, put them on a rimmed baking sheet, and drizzled with olive oil. A few minutes under the broiler had them nice and toasty. Let them cool before spreading on the cheese.
Next top with sliced strawberries, or the fruit you prefer, and then top with balsamic glaze.
