Texas Lemonade - Grady's Restaurant, Fort Worth

A nice, refreshing light drink to go along with the big steak!

1 wedge fresh lemon (for frosting the glass)
Granulated sugar (for frosting the glass)
1 1/2 ounces white tequila
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 T. super fine sugar

Coat the rim of the glass with the lemon wedge, then dip the rim into a plate of granulated sugar to frost. Fill the glass with ice. In a tumbler, combine tequila, lemon juice, and superfine sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Strain into a frosted glass and enjoy.
