Sausage Balls

A mainstay of Southern holiday tables for years, these are perfect little nibbles for a party, a weekend breakfast or anytime for a snack.  If you have a stand mixer with a dough hook, please use that.  It will speed up the process of mixing considerably.

1 pound breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 t. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease two large sheet pans.

Mix together all ingredients until thoroughly blended.  Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheets.

Bake in preheated oven for 14-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
