Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Blue Cheese


I have found a new wing sauce and a new pizza crust that I heartily endorse! 

1 Mama Mary's Gourmet Pizza Crust
2 T. olive oil
1/3 cup Moore's Wing Sauce
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 T. grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  If you have a pizza stone, preheat it in the oven.

Brush crust with olive oil.  Spread wing sauce evenly over crust.  Distribute chicken and blue cheese over crust and sprinkle with parmesan.

Remove pizza stone from oven and place prepared pizza onto stone.  If you don't have a stone cook on a pizza pan.


Cook for 10 minutes and remove from oven.  Let rest for a few minutes and then slice and serve.
