Geneva's Restaurant

We had a great weekend trip to Mentone, Alabama.  On the way home, we knew it was time for a lunch stop and came across Geneva's Restaurant, 12118 Highway 136 in Rising Fawn, Georgia.

Geneva's is the typical Southern Meat and Three restaurant.  The service was good and the prices very reasonable.  The interior is decorated in a very patriotic theme as you can tell by the Red, White and Blue tree.

Here's a pic of the Sunday Menu insert.

I chose Roast Beef, creamed potatoes (nothing from a box here!), fried okra and pintos.

Harold had fried chicken, creamed potatoes, green beans and fried okra.  Biscuits and cornbread were served in a filled to the brim basket.

If you happen to find yourself traveling through this part of the world, don't hesitate to stop at Geneva's Restaurant.
