Crock Pot Pork Sandwich


Another Round 2 meal which proves, once again, that leftovers don't have to be boring or just a replay of the previous night's meal.

Remember the crock pot pork roast we cooked a few nights ago?  Tonight I shredded the pork, slowly heated it in a medium sized saucepan over low heat and served it on buns with our favorite BBQ sauce.

Was it the same as a slow smoked Boston butt on a smoker?  No, but on this dreary, rainy night it was a great substitute.
