Bastille Day 2014 Cheese Course


Yes, I could live on fruit and cheese.  Mainly cheese.  I love going into a great cheese shop and having a knowledgeable person direct me and give honest opinions.  It's very important to share with them the other food items on your dinner menu and the wines to be served.  Trust their knowledge and do your homework.  The cheese course will be an amazing part of your dinner party.

Beginning at the noon position going clockwise on the picture above we have sliced Granny Smith apples, Bucherondin, fig preserves, Gruyère, sliced pears, Pave Cardinal Hervé Mons Camembert, baguette slices and Saint Agur (my favorite!)
