Tapas Thursday - Crostini with Goat Cheese and topped with Tomato Basil Jam



Oh yes.  Three ingredients.  So simple.   So elegant.  So delicious.

Thinly slice a baguette and brush with olive oil.  Toast until golden brown.

Spread with goat cheese.

Spoon tomato basil jam over top.  Here's the recipe for the jam.

Settle into a comfortable chair on your deck, porch or your favorite spot, take a relaxing breath and enjoy.
