Food for thought....

Have you ever had an idea for a recipe that sounded and LOOKED so cook in your brain and then you made it and well.  

This morning for breakfast I thought I would use some of my home canned salsa and mix it with scrambled eggs and have it with warmed tortillas and a little cheese and sour cream.  


Tasted AMAZING.....looks?  Probably not Pinterest worthy.  Still trying to decide whether to post the recipe and pictures.
