Mardi Gras 2015

I'll be posting the individual recipes for the recipes, but I thought you might enjoy seeing a few sneak peek pictures of the food tables.

Beginning at the 12 o'clock position going clockwise is white rice, cooked cabbage with tasso, dirty rice, deviled eggs, shrimp pot pies, crab rockefeller, French bread, chicken jambalaya and crawfish etouffee.

  
I decided on two po'boy choices:  Roast Beef and Grilled Smoked Sausages..... for those diners who wanted their sandwiches "dressed" lettuce, tomatoes and pickles were offered.
