Po'Boy Sandwiches


For our non-seafood diners, I had some grilled sausages and roast beef for po'boy sandwiches.  As always, my Cajun spiced sausages of choice will always be Conecuh Sausage.  Sweet Harold grilled this for us and they were perfect.



I took a short cut on the roast beef.  1 1/2 pounds of Bryan Deli Roast Beef sliced very thin and mixed with Tony Chachere Brown Gravy and left to simmer for a few hours.

Now if you want your po'boy "dressed", you're going to want pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes.
