Irish Kiss


This was our "specialty drink" for our weekend St. Patrick's Day party.  Light and refreshing, I could enjoy this one all through the summer months.  Absolutely delicious!

3/4 ounce Irish Whiskey
1/2 ounce Peach Schnapps
4 ounces ginger ale
2 ounces orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a chilled, ice filled glass.  Garnish with a lime wheel.
