Parmesan Cheese Biscuits

Instead of the usual cheddar you find in these types of biscuits served at a popular seafood restaurant, I used freshly grated Parmesan.  A little touch of granulated garlic in the dough and in the buttery topping was just what they needed.

In 20 minutes you can have these beautiful little biscuits ready for dinner.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2 cups Bisquick
3/4 t. granulated garlic (more or less to your taste)
1/2 - 3/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup milk

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.  Drop by rounded tablespoons or a small cookie scoop onto the parchment paper.

Bake for 14 – 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine 6 T. melted butter with 1 t. granulated garlic and 1 t. dried oregano.  Brush over the tops of the hot biscuits and serve immediately.
