Baked Boneless Pork Chops (2 Ways ~~ With BBQ Sauce or Without)

So simple and definitely a Home Cooking in a Hurry dish. Boneless pork chops are perfect for the oven. These were baked in the toaster oven so no need to heat up the full sized oven if you don't want to. Add a salad and a potato or steamed vegetables and you and yours are ready to eat!

1 - 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork chops
Sea Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
(your favorite BBQ sauce optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet or shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Salt and pepper the pork and place on sheet or in dish.

Bake for 15 minutes and, using tongs, turn chops over and place back in oven. Cook for another 15 minutes or so until done.

At this point, you can add some of your favorite BBQ sauce and spread to coat the chops completely. Return to oven for another 10 minutes or so.
