Today at 8:30 a.m. it was already 93 degrees. I don't even want to think about what that pesky heat index was. This is a perfect light, fun dessert for these steamy Southern days (and nights!)
12 mini prepared graham cracker crusts
1 can sweetened condensed milk (of course you're going to use Eagle Brand)
1/4 cup lime juice
3 T. tequila
3 T. triple sec
8 oz. container of Cool Whip (thawed)
Mix together milk and liquids. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Fill crusts, cover loosely, freeze for 4 hours.
