I hope y'all don't get tired of restaurant reviews from Firefly in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is one of my MUST go to restaurants when at the beach.
This time we started with Tuna Tatki $16. Seared Tuna with Mixed Seasonal Greens, Jalapeno and Sesame Seeds and finished with Ponzu Sauce
We all shared the Jump Lump Crab Cakes $10 served with Citrus Buerre Blanc and fresh fruit relish
I simply cannot come to this restaurant and not order the She Crab Soup with sherry and puff pastry. $8.
And the traditional Caesar with jumbo lump blue crab with a parmesan tuile and shaved romano $12 is not to be missed.
One of the specials of the night was crab crusted snapper over risotto $29
And how about a nice serving of sliced yellowfin tuna (rare) with crispy fried leeks, citrus soy and wasabi $30
served with a side of mashed potatoes with a waffle potato crisp
Another delightful evening spent at the Firefly. I give it my highest recommendation.
