Orleans French chef, rented a building in what is now historic Old Salem
in Winston-Salem, NC, and began selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts to local

The pictures are self-explanatory. You can watch the doughnuts frying, draining and then going through their "icing" shower. The smell is heavenly.
