Keto Garlic Cheese "Breadsticks"


A friend recently shared this keto method of garlic cheese breadsticks. No, there's no bread here, but two kinds of cheese combined with an egg and a little garlic makes for a really nice substitute.  I served this with our low carb spaghetti and it was the perfect add on!

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 t. granulated garlic
1 egg, lightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  

Mix together ingredients in a bowl and spoon onto the baking sheet.  Form into a rectangle.  

Bake for 15 minutes.  Turn the oven to broil and brown the tops.

Slice into sticks using a pizza cutter.  Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or chopped parsley and serve immediately.
