The original recipe for this dip was going to result in a LOT of dip. For just us, I decided to half the recipe. Just the right amount! But if this was being made for a larger gathering or party, double this amount or even triple! It's that good so plan accordingly. I had buttery crackers for dipping and they were delicious, but wanton strips would be ideal.
6 oz. crab meat, drained and flaked
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 T. minced fresh chives
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. soy sauce
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. soy sauce
1 T. Kinder's The Seafood Blend, plus extra for topping
Wonton chips or crackers for serving
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle extra Kinder's Seasoning on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with wonton chips or crackers.

I always order the crab wontons when we eat Chinese. This sounds really good.
