Garlic Butter
1 stick butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. parsley flakes
Place ingredients in small food processor and blend thoroughly. Use to top steaks, baked potatoes or steamed/grilled vegetables. Or spread on bread. Yum, garlic bread.
