Pico de Gallo


Sweet Harold's garden (with his hard work!) continues to bless us with wonderful veggies this Summer.  I had a craving for some crisp cool pico over the weekend and went to work!

3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 medium white onion, diced
2 medium jalapenos, diced (your discretion on whether to leave in the seeds!)
3 cloves garlic minced
3 T. chopped cilantro
salt to taste
zest and juice of one lime

Mix together and ENJOY!  I could eat this straight from the bowl.  Okay, I did eat this straight from the bowl.  But it was just me and Sweet Harold so that was permissible.  Right?
