Tomato and Blue Cheese Salad


There's no recipe here, but it was so beautiful I felt I had to take a picture and post this.
For each individual  serving:
One vine ripened tomato washed and cut into wedges
A drizzle of really good extra virgin olive oil
A sprinkle of sea salt
1 -2 T. crumbled blue cheese
