Baked Citrus Shrimp

Talk about a tried and true recipe, this one is IT!  You need to, no, you MUST make this shrimp dish if you even remotely like shrimp.

2 lemons, thinly sliced
2 limes, thinly sliced
1 large orange, thinly sliced
2 pounds medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 stick butter, melted
1 package of Good Seasonings Italian Salad Dressing (dry powder)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Layer citrus on a large rimmed baking sheet.  Place shrimp on top of fruit.

Slowly pour butter over shrimp and then sprinkle with the salad dressing powder.

Bake for 3 - 5 minutes until shrimp are pinked and opaque.

Using a wide spatula, move shrimp and fruit to a serving platter and carefully, pour the buttery goodness over the shrimp.  Serve immediately and enjoy all the new friends you just made!
