Today's lunch was a thick sliced, 6 inch diameter, Chandler Mountain, Alabama tomato with a dollop of Duke's Mayonnaise, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
The simplicity of the ingredients belied the complexity of flavors. How did you like THAT description?
