Yes, I am embracing the smoothie. Yes, I am in love with this one I made today. I am excited about trying LOTS of these delicious (and nutritious!) smoothies.
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
1 peach, peeled, pit removed and cut into chunks
3 ice cubes
In a blender or individual smoothie maker, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
