Easy Pumpkin Pie


You will not find an easier recipe for a pumpkin pie this holiday season. Thanks to www.allrecipes.com for this great keeper.

2 eggs
1 (16 oz. ) can pureed pumpkin
1 (14 oz.)  can Eagle Brand Milk
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 (9 inch unbaked) pie crust

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl and mix until combined.

Fit pie crust into 9 inch pie dish and pour pumpkin mixture into the crust.

Place pie on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until filling is set, 35 - 40 minutes.
