Baked Cinnamon Sugar Fall Tortilla Chips


This was a fun activity with the granddaughters this afternoon.  I used my Pamper Chef cookie cutters in the pumpkin, leaf, and apple shapes.  The girls loved making them and really enjoyed having them for their afternoon snack.  

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Using flour tortillas, choose whatever shape cookie cutter you'd like.  Press down with the cookie cutter and twist slightly to cut though the tortilla.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and as you cut out the tortilla shapes, place them on the baking sheet.  When you have all the shapes on the baking sheet, lightly brush each shape with melted butter.

We sprinkled some with cinnamon sugar and some with pumpkin pie spice.  Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.  Enjoy!
