Grilling Season: Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning Grilled Pork Burgers

I recently saw a new seasoning blend that I knew I HAD to try.  Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning is a blend of onion, garlic, red bell pepper, parsley, and BUTTER.

Tonight I had planned on grilling ground pork burgers and couldn't decide how I wanted to season them.  I spied my new seasoning blend and the decision was made!

Excuse my off-centered grill marks, but it was getting dark on me!  Let me tell you how I made these juicy, flavorful burgers.

Ground pork is typically about 70% lean and makes delicious burgers. Keep an eye out for ground pork to be on sale and stock up!  It's great to use in chili, spaghetti sauce, lettuce wraps, tacos, etc.

1 1/2 lbs. ground pork

Shape the pork into 4 - 6 patties.  Liberally season each side with the seasoning blend.  At this point, you can either pan-fry, broil, or grill.

If grilling, preheat to a really high temp to get those great grill marks. Of course, unlike me, you will want to grill when you have enough light to see to assure those marks are lined up appropriately!

When the grill has preheated to at least 425 degrees F., place burgers onto the grates.  Lower heat to keep a consistent temperature of 375 - 400 degrees F. Close the grill.

Let the burgers grill for a few minutes and then turn the burgers a quarter turn.  Close the grill and cook for an additional 4 - 5 minutes.

Flip the burgers and repeat the process.  When the burgers reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F., you're ready to take them off the grill and serve your guests!
