The Emeril Lagasse French Door Air Fryer continues to impress us with its versatility and ease of use.
For this meal, I thawed a 1 lb. red snapper fillet that I purchased on our last trip to the Gulf. This was a LARGE piece of snapper so I sliced it into two pieces for more even cooking and so we could each have a nice serving for dinner.
I drizzled with some extra virgin olive oil. As you can see, I liberally seasoned with Kinder's The Seafood Blend and some additional kosher salt.
The air fryer has a "fish" setting so I preheated the unit and placed the fish fillets on the grill pan.
I have also been asked to utilize some of Blue Plate's products and this was the perfect time to bring out the Blue Plate Tartar Sauce.
Having not tried this product before, we were delighted with the flavor combination and the just right amount of tartness. This was a great accompaniment to our red snapper!
The red snapper, by the way, was tender, flaky, and perfectly cooked.
