Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

I have a Pro XL Air Fryer that the company sent me to use and share recipes with all of you.   For our Memorial Day BBQ, I decided to try some roasted potatoes as a side dish.

I used Ruby Sensation and Honey Gold 2-bite potatoes.  I found these little potatoes at Sam's Club.  You can make as many or few as you need for your meal.  After washing and patting the potatoes dry, I sliced them in half, seasoned them and into the air fryer they went.  No mess from frying them on the stovetop.  No extra calories from oil.  The potatoes were perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior.  You'll love the result as much as we did!

Here's the recipe and method:

10-20 bite-sized potatoes, cut in half
Olive oil
Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning

Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl.  Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.  Season with Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning.  You can just eyeball the amount that makes you happy.  Toss to coat with the seasoning.

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.  Spray the racks or basket with non-stick spray.  Place the potatoes (some skin side up/some skin side down) in a single layer onto the racks or the basket.  Make sure you leave room around the potatoes for the
air to circulate.

Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until a fork can be inserted easily into the potato slices.  Serve immediately.
