Wasabi Mustard and Sriracha Mayonnaise



I mixed up these two condiments to serve with the Asian Salmon sliders on tonight's menu.  But they would be great with egg rolls, dumplings, etc.

As always, adjust the heat level to your taste.

Wasabi Mustard
2 T. yellow mustard
1/2 t. rice wine vinegar
1/4 t. wasabi powder

Whisk ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.


Sriracha Mayonnaise
3 T. mayonnaise
2 t. Sriracha hot sauce
1/2 t. granulated garlic

Whisk ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
