Shrimp & Andouille Nachos

Wow, is this a mishmash of cultures and foods! What to do with those leftover shrimp and delicious bites of andouille sausage from the crab and shrimp boil? Make nachos of course!

Here's how Sweet Harold layered up his nacho plate:

Layer a nice pile of chips.
Add a little shredded cheese and then put some of the warmed shrimp and sausages on top....

Now you get to play with your food!

How about some picante sauce, crunchy lettuce, salsa verde, sour cream and then a little bit of the Cilantro Almond Pesto.

He thoroughly enjoyed his creation. Big Smile!
